Make the most delicious seasonal Ice Cream with Kesar Mango from Krisha Farm!
Ingredients
1 Large Size Chopped Kesar Mango
3 Cups Of Mango Puree
4 Cups Of Boiled Milk
2.5 Tbsps Sugar
1 cup whipped cream
A Pinch Of Saffron Mixed In 2 Teaspoons Hot Milk
Preparation
- Mix Mango Pieces, Boiled Milk, Saffron Milk and Sugar in a bowl and blend it into a Perfectly Even Puree
- Take Whipped Cream in another Bowl and Beat It Until it Becomes Thick
- Add Mango Puree, Mango Pieces into The Cream and Mix it Completely.
- Pour The Mixture in The Flat Bowl and Keep it in The Refrigerator for Freezing it For 3 Hours.
- Remove The Bowl From The Freezer, Mix it Again, and Put it Back in The Freezer Overnight Or 5-6 Hours.
- Serve The Scoops by Sprinkling Dry Fruits and Mango Pieces on it.
