Kesar Mango Kulfi

Make the most easy and Delicious Kesar Mango Kulfi at home!

Ingredients

3 Cups Kesar Mango Puree
3 Cups Milk
3/4th Cup Sugar
1 Pinch Saffron
1/4th Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
3 Tablespoons Rice Flour Dissolved In 3 Tablespoons Milk
3 Tablespoons Almond Paste
1 Tablespoon Thinly Sliced Mix Dry Fruits

Preparation

  1. Take a pan, mix milk, saffron and sugar, and heat them on a low flame. Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add rice flour paste in the milk to make it thick. Keep stirring until the milk thickens a bit.
  3. Add almond paste and stir it for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the stove and let the milk cool down.
  5. Once cool, add mango puree and dry fruits, and blend them well.
  6. Pour the kulfi mix and deep freeze it for 4 hours.
  7. Take out the partially thickened kulfi, blend it once again, and pour the thick mixture into kulfi moulds.
  8. Put the moulds into freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
  9. Enjoy your kulfi whenever you want to!
