Here’s a quick and refreshing Mango Ice Tea for your summer evenings!
Preparation
- Take 1 cup of fresh Mango pulp, and put it in a refrigerator.
- Heat 3 cups of water in a pan on the stove.
- Bring it to boil, turn of the stove, and add 2 teaspoons black tea.
- Stir nicely and cover the mixture for 7-10 minutes to set the flavour.
- Strain and keep the tea water in the fridge for an hour to get it chilled.
- Pour the tea in a blender jar, add mango puree, lemon juice and sugar, and blend them smooth.
- Serve the chilled Mango ice tea in glassed with some ice cubes in it.
