Mango Ice Tea

Here’s a quick and refreshing Mango Ice Tea for your summer evenings!

Preparation

  1. Take 1 cup of fresh Mango pulp, and put it in a refrigerator.
  2. Heat 3 cups of water in a pan on the stove.
  3. Bring it to boil, turn of the stove, and add 2 teaspoons black tea.
  4. Stir nicely and cover the mixture for 7-10 minutes to set the flavour.
  5. Strain and keep the tea water in the fridge for an hour to get it chilled.
  6. Pour the tea in a blender jar, add mango puree, lemon juice and sugar, and blend them smooth.
  7. Serve the chilled Mango ice tea in glassed with some ice cubes in it.
