Mango Lassi

Here’s a quick and most delicious Mango Lassi for your summer days!

Preparation

  1. Take 1 cup of fresh Mango pulp in a mixer juicer jar.
  2. Add 3/4th cup thick yogurt in it.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon powdered Sugar and 1 pinch cardamom powder in it.
  4. Pour cold water as per the required consistency.
  5. Blend everything well until smooth and required consistency.
  6. You can add more curd or water to set the consistency as per your preference.
  7. Keep the prepared lassi in the fridge for an hour.
  8. Pour the delicious lassi in glasses, garnish with nuts and a pinch of saffron, and serve chilled.
