Preparation
- Take 1 cup of fresh Mango pulp in a mixer juicer jar.
- Add 3/4th cup thick yogurt in it.
- Add 1 tablespoon powdered Sugar and 1 pinch cardamom powder in it.
- Pour cold water as per the required consistency.
- Blend everything well until smooth and required consistency.
- You can add more curd or water to set the consistency as per your preference.
- Keep the prepared lassi in the fridge for an hour.
- Pour the delicious lassi in glasses, garnish with nuts and a pinch of saffron, and serve chilled.
